About the Role
As a Regional Sales Associate in our North Central territory, you'll be the operational backbone for sales success. You'll partner closely with Territory Managers to accelerate deal closure, manage order fulfillment accuracy, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and speed. Your proactive support directly impacts regional revenue and customer satisfaction, making you an essential member of the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Support your Regional Sales Manager and assigned Territory Managers with pipeline management and opportunity acceleration
- Assist Territory Managers in closing sales opportunities and meeting regional targets
- Verify shipment accuracy and completeness to ensure on-time, error-free delivery to customers
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing responsive support and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Track sales metrics and contribute to regional reporting and forecasting efforts
