What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment, staffing, and classification initiatives aligned with federal requirements and organizational objectives
- Manage benefits administration, compensation planning, and work-life programs to support employee wellbeing and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with federal standards, regulations, and best practices
- Oversee employee and labor relations matters, including conflict resolution and compliance documentation
- Administer specialized federal human resources programs and related initiatives

What We're Looking For
