Project Manager – Joinery

PCG is hiring a Project Manager - Joinery for our Seattle, King County operations. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and develop our joinery product line while managing a talented team of engineers and field professionals in the competitive marine construction sector.

Position Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to direct our joinery operations on the West Coast. In this role, you'll oversee project execution, coordinate with project engineers and estimators, and drive continuous improvement across our product line. You'll report to senior management and play a central role in scaling our joinery business while maintaining our commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the management and growth of our joinery product line and service offerings
• Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, estimators, and field professionals
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations and field team members
• Foster and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety and compliance across all projects
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client delivery deadlines
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize workflow and product quality

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in joinery, woodworking, or marine construction
• Track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Experience in recruitment and staff training and development
• Professional problem-solving mindset and ability to drive operational improvements
