Lube Technician – Class D

Role Overview

As a Lube Technician - Class D, you'll perform preventive maintenance and fluid service for our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles. This is a full-time role on an alternating schedule—Monday–Friday one week, Tuesday–Saturday the next—with flat-rate compensation ranging from $18.00 to $22.00. You'll work in a professional dealership service environment where quality workmanship and customer satisfaction matter.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes and filter replacements per manufacturer guidelines
• Check, refill, and monitor vehicle fluids including coolant, transmission, brake, and power steering fluid
• Rotate tires and evaluate wear patterns
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify service needs
• Record all service work accurately in our system
• Maintain safety standards and keep the service area clean and organized
• Communicate service recommendations to customers with professionalism

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a lube technician or in light automotive maintenance
• Knowledge of Class D service specifications and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing work right
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive service team
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout your workday
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate customer vehicles
• Reliability and consistent attendance
