Strategic Partner Director, Channel Sales

Socure is seeking a Strategic Partner Director for Channel Sales to build and scale our partner ecosystem in Carson City, Nevada. In this full-time role, you'll design our channel strategy, recruiting and enabling a growing network of partners who deliver our identity verification and fraud prevention solutions to enterprises and governments worldwide.

About the Role

As Strategic Partner Director, Channel Sales at Socure, you'll own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from identifying high-impact partnership opportunities to developing go-to-market strategies that accelerate mutual success. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, building one of the most critical infrastructure layers of the digital economy. This position offers significant autonomy and impact as you shape how enterprises and government agencies access Socure's identity trust solutions through our partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with Socure's growth objectives and market opportunities
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners capable of selling and implementing our identity verification platform
• Create enablement programs including training, marketing assets, technical resources, and sales support for partner success
• Manage partner performance through clear metrics, regular business reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
• Negotiate and structure partner agreements that align incentives and support long-term mutual growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the growing partner ecosystem
• Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and implementation teams to ensure partner success and gather market feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of channel sales, partner management, or alliance leadership experience
• Proven track record building and scaling partner programs that drove measurable revenue growth
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and position partnerships for mutual benefit
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities
• Experience in SaaS, identity, security, or compliance-focused technology markets preferred
• Ability to move fast, think critically, communicate clearly, and thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments
