About the Role

What You'll Do
- Design and optimize operational workflows across payments, lending, and telco business segments
- Build and monitor KPIs that track performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, cycle time, and friction points
- Manage stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, finance, and sales teams
- Conduct analytical reviews to surface opportunities for scaling and automation
- Develop operational roadmaps aligned with quarterly and annual business goals
- Support vendor management and partnership optimization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in operations, business operations, or strategy roles at technology or financial services companies
- Experience with payments infrastructure, lending platforms, or telecommunications operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance is a plus
