What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair BMW engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components using factory procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance and complex mechanical work on BMW vehicles
- Operate advanced diagnostic scanners and specialized BMW equipment
- Create detailed technical documentation for all repairs and service work
- Communicate directly with customers about repair findings, timelines, and vehicle condition
- Stay current with BMW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls
- Contribute to shop standards and training for newer technicians
