What You'll Do

- Communicate findings to contractors and supervisors, recommending corrective actions when standards are not met
- Maintain calibration and upkeep of testing equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Support audit preparations by organizing records and assisting with third‑party inspections
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in civil engineering, construction technology, or a related field is advantageous
- Proven experience as a construction inspector, quality control technician, or similar role, preferably with concrete and soils testing
- Familiarity with ASTM and ACI testing procedures; certification as a Concrete Strength Testing Technician or Soil Technician is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Effective communication abilities for clear reporting and collaboration with diverse teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various job sites across Oahu
