About the Role

As a Travel Physical Therapist in South Bend, Indiana, you will join a clinical team on a contract basis to deliver hands-on therapy services. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, beginning on July 13, 2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week across 8-hour shifts. This therapy-discipline position is ideal for an experienced PT who enjoys the variety and flexibility that travel healthcare provides.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Carry out therapeutic interventions to help patients restore mobility, manage pain, and rebuild strength.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as recovery goals evolve.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the on-site care team to support coordinated, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license, or licensure currently in process for the state of Indiana.
• Prior clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
• Availability to commit to the full 13-week assignment at 40 hours per week.

• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
