What You'll Do

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient treatment and therapy exercises under direct supervision
• Help patients perform therapeutic activities and mobility exercises according to established treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to supervising therapists
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate clinical records
• Support patients with transfers, positioning, and basic ambulation assistance
• Answer patient questions and provide encouragement during rehabilitation

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or current certification in your state
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as a therapy assistant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Physical stamina to assist patients and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel assignments
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
