Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to seniors throughout Framingham and surrounding areas in Middlesex County. Position Summary

As a Home Health Aide at Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll provide essential support that enables seniors to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. Working one-on-one with clients in the Framingham area, you'll be the trusted presence in their daily lives—assisting with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. This is onsite, in-home work that combines physical care with genuine human connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Help clients with mobility, transfer assistance, and getting around the house safely
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Communicate observations about client health and well-being to the care coordination team
• Maintain detailed care records and respect client confidentiality

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
