Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations to build individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions that support recovery, pain reduction, and improved movement.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery techniques, and ongoing self-care.
- Document care accurately and coordinate with the wider clinical team throughout the assignment.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license, or licensure in the immediate process of being secured for this location.
