Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant

Centra Healthcare Allied is now hiring a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in Greer, Clearwater County, supporting patients in an outpatient therapy setting. About the Role

As a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant with Centra Healthcare Allied in Greer, you will partner with supervising physical therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care across a 26-week travel engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position scheduled at 40 hours per week, with eight-hour day shifts beginning on or around July 20, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising physical therapist for outpatient clients.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery-focused activities.
• Track patient response and progress, and report observations back to the clinical team.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment to keep each session safe and effective.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA licensure valid for practice in South Carolina.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility and reliability to fulfill a full-time, 8-hour day schedule for the duration of the assignment.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to the Greer, Clearwater County area for the contract term.
