EY is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead SAP finance consulting engagements and drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our Technology Consulting practice, you'll own the delivery and success of complex SAP finance implementations and modernization projects. This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP finance consulting engagements from inception through successful deployment and optimization
• Manage project teams across multiple locations and coordinate with client stakeholders at all levels
• Define financial system requirements, design solutions, and oversee technical implementation
• Mentor junior consultants and develop their expertise in SAP finance and systems integration
• Identify opportunities to optimize client workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve financial controls
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Contribute to the growth and thought leadership of EY's Technology and Finance consulting practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading SAP finance implementations or large-scale enterprise technology projects
• Deep expertise in financial systems, modules, and business processes in SAP environments
• Strong project management and consulting delivery experience at the senior level
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience managing and developing teams in a consulting or professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
