About the Role

As Property Manager, you'll oversee all operational aspects of our manufactured housing community in Elsmere. In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and corporate leadership—ensuring smooth operations and maintaining community standards that drive resident satisfaction and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage rent collection, tenant accounts, and financial reporting for the community
• Handle lease enforcement, move-ins, move-outs, and resident relations
• Oversee community maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Prepare budgets and monitor operating expenses
• Address resident concerns and resolve disputes professionally
• Promote community events and foster a positive living environment

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of property management experience
• Proven track record managing multifamily or manufactured housing communities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and local regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
