As an experienced property administrator with a proven background in community management, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of resident service and property operations. What You'll Do

• Support daily operations and management of the manufactured housing community
• Provide bilingual assistance to residents in English and Spanish for inquiries and needs
• Handle lease administration, resident move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
• Manage resident accounts, payments, and administrative records systems
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on community upkeep and repairs
• Respond to resident concerns and work to resolve community issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with property management regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain resident satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience required
• Proven administrative experience in multifamily or manufactured housing communities
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently within a team environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to resident relations
• Experience with property management software and computer systems preferred
