As a Bilingual Property Manager with Flagship Communities, you will oversee a thriving manufactured housing community, serving as the primary point of contact for residents and ensuring the property runs smoothly and profitably. This position is ideal for a bilingual community manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants a clear path toward advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a manufactured housing community in Seymour, Jackson County
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents in both languages
• Coordinate leasing, resident services, and community upkeep
• Support occupancy, retention, and overall community performance goals
• Communicate clearly with a diverse resident base to resolve needs and concerns

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on property management experience
• Bilingual communication skills (required)
• Background in multifamily or community management preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Seymour, Jackson County
