What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct consultative needs assessments with prospective and existing customers
- Present product specifications and technical capabilities to engineering and procurement teams
- Prepare proposals and pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B technical environments
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer engineering requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to manage territory and exceed targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Boise region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/technical experience
