Dillon Product Manager

ITW is hiring a full-time Dillon Product Manager in Pierre, Hughes County, to champion and grow the Dillon line of precision force measurement equipment. About the Role

As the Dillon Product Manager, you will guide the direction and ongoing development of the Dillon product family, which spans dynamometers, force gauges, and tension meters. Reporting to the Dillon Segment Manager, you will act as the central advocate for these mechanical products, supporting customers, internal teams, and the broader business while pushing innovation forward in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, support, and growth roadmap for the Dillon force measurement portfolio.
• Drive innovation across mechanical products including dynamometers, force gauges, and tension meters.
• Partner closely with the Dillon Segment Manager to align product plans with segment goals.
• Provide product expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify development opportunities that strengthen the portfolio within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or developing mechanical or industrial products, ideally force measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of product management practices within a manufacturing context.
• Ability to translate market and customer needs into product direction and innovation.
• Collaborative communicator comfortable working across engineering, sales, and leadership.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pierre, Hughes County.
