About This Position

The Advanced Application Analyst – Epic Beaker role bridges clinical and technical expertise within Lee Health's IS Clinical Systems department. You'll be the go-to specialist ensuring our Epic Beaker platform operates reliably, scales efficiently, and remains configured to meet the evolving needs of our laboratory teams across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Epic Beaker workflows and functionality to support laboratory operations
• Collaborate with clinical and laboratory staff to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Test system updates and new functionality before deployment to ensure stability and compliance
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
• Provide advanced technical support to end users, escalating complex issues appropriately
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity
• Participate in the planning and rollout of system enhancements and upgrades

• Demonstrated expertise in Epic Beaker configuration, administration, or advanced use
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a healthcare IT environment
• Experience supporting clinical laboratory applications or similar healthcare systems
