Customer Support Representative – Brazil

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing social commerce platform that connects collectors, crafters, and enthusiasts through live shopping experiences. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Support Representative based in Brazil to deliver exceptional service to a vibrant community of buyers and sellers.

This is a fully remote position requiring excellent American English communication skills and a passion for helping users navigate technical challenges on both mobile and desktop platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries across mobile app and desktop platforms in a timely, professional manner
• Provide thoughtful, courteous support that resolves customer issues efficiently
• Track and document issues, trends, and improvement requests to inform product development
• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency
• Collect and organize customer cases to identify patterns and potential system bugs
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and prompt issue resolution
• Continuously learn new systems and processes to maintain service excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the support team

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of customer service experience with ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
• Native-level American English speaking, writing, and listening skills
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and courtesy
• Strong technical skills, particularly with mobile app troubleshooting
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms
• Practical experience summarizing and optimizing SOPs
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection
• Strong learning ability and self-driven initiative
• Team player who collaborates well with others
• Time spent living in the US strongly preferred
• Interest in collectibles, crafts, or niche communities is a plus
• Must be based in Brazil and available for shifts between 8AM-8PM ET, including one weekend day
