Customer Care Associate – (Multilingual)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is digitizing operations in the food supply sector. Our client is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide multilingual support across French and Spanish-speaking markets, based in Paris.

In this role, you will own customer issue resolution end-to-end, ensuring distributors receive fast, reliable support during their daily operations. You will be accountable for keeping customer order flow running smoothly and resolving issues as they arise in real time.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from first contact through resolution across French and Spanish-speaking markets
• Build and deliver fast, reliable support workflows used by distributors in day-to-day operations
• Work through time-sensitive issues including order errors, blocked accounts, and product problems to maintain operational continuity
• Make decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and order flow
• Improve support quality by identifying patterns in recurring issues and driving root-cause fixes
• Manage clear escalation and coordination with internal teams when needed
• Collaborate with external support agents and internal teams to maintain high-quality service standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments with a track record of owning outcomes
• Comfort operating across multiple tools and stakeholders in ambiguous and high-pressure situations
• Strong judgment in prioritization and real-time problem solving
• Accountability when issues arise and the drive to resolve them fully
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (C1+ written and spoken)
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (fixed coverage hours)
