About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the Caribbean region seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a 2-year renewable contract. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this organization to find a strategic professional who can drive new client growth and strengthen business relationships through proactive outreach and data-driven acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach
• Conduct proactive client outreach via email, phone, social platforms, and other channels to build relationships and convert leads into customers
• Analyze and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring efficient processes that maximize acquisition rates
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and outreach efforts, providing regular reports and strategic insights
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and maintain consistent messaging
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience that supports long-term relationships
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring strategic resource allocation to meet targets

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition, customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement capabilities
