About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Head of Academy to build and lead their AI-powered learning platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity based remotely in Cyprus or across European timezones, with occasional travel to meet stakeholders and understand client needs firsthand.

You'll be creating a dual-purpose education platform that serves both active traders looking to develop their skills and business partners who need tools and knowledge to grow their client portfolios. This is a solo leadership role that leverages AI tooling rather than traditional headcount, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer with strategic alignment to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

You will be building this capability from zero—no existing platform, content library, or technology stack. Your core responsibilities include:

• Design and deploy an AI-personalised learning engine that matches educational content to user profiles, stated goals, and actual behavioral data within the first 90 days
• Build AI-powered content workflows using large language models and specialist agents as your primary content engine, focusing on prompt engineering, curation, and continuous iteration
• Integrate trading analytics platforms via API to drive personalised curriculum recommendations based on real user activity
• Create a dedicated learning track for business partners, including educational and promotional content designed to support client acquisition
• Select and orchestrate the complete technology stack—remaining platform-agnostic and replacing traditional headcount with agent-based workflows
• Monitor performance metrics across both audience segments and use data to identify gaps, retire underperforming content, and prioritise development cycles
• Document and build the complete user journey from onboarding through advanced strategy development
• Engage directly with field operations to understand what partners actually need to grow their businesses

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who has already built meaningful products using AI tooling and is ready to own the entire stack. Essential qualifications include:

• AI tooling fluency: Proven ability to build workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms—orchestrating agent-based processes to replace traditional headcount
• AI-driven content creation: Experience using AI to research, write, structure, and iterate educational content at scale through prompt engineering and quality control
• API integration and data literacy: Comfortable connecting platforms and data sources, using behavioral data to drive personalisation logic without requiring deep engineering background
• Solo operator mindset: Track record of building, running, and iterating multi-audience products independently with bias to action in early-stage environments
• Financial markets knowledge: Sufficient understanding of retail trading, brokerage ecosystems, and partnership models to create credible content and engage meaningfully with users
• Learning design awareness: Working grasp of curriculum structure and learner journeys, or demonstrated ability to develop this quickly

Ideal candidates are currently working as AI automation specialists, solo EdTech builders, no-code product developers, growth hackers using AI-driven workflows, or product managers in financial technology who have embraced AI-native working methods.

Pay

Compensation includes base salary plus performance bonus tied to measurable business outcomes including user retention metrics and partner business development results. The bonus structure is designed to reward direct revenue impact generated by the Academy.

This role offers genuine financial upside through profit sharing tied to the incremental business the Academy generates—your compensation grows as the platform's impact grows.
