Channel Partner Manager – CEE

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Channel Partner Manager to lead partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a hybrid role based in Munich, requiring three days per week in the office near Marienplatz.

You'll own the complete partner lifecycle—from strategy and sales execution to relationship management and revenue growth. This position combines strategic partnership development with hands-on sales responsibilities, including direct client engagement for key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, sales execution, and growth of a portfolio of channel partners across the CEE region
• Lead strategic sales and account management alongside partners, bringing in new business and expanding existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships while balancing organizational goals, speed, and commercial viability
• Evaluate financial and non-financial benefits and risks of partnership opportunities
• Track, report, and optimize partnership performance, identifying issues and implementing solutions
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets for your partner portfolio
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain a robust pipeline of partner relationships
• Travel as needed to partner and customer locations throughout the region

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS sales roles (required)
• 1+ years managing channel partners or resellers (advantage)
• Proven sales track record managing opportunities from initial contact through close
• Demonstrated account planning and quota achievement skills
• Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end independently
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong initiative
• Fluency in Polish strongly preferred
• Public speaking experience and skills (advantage)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich with hybrid work arrangement
