Sales Manager – SaaS/B2B (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization serving the trades and construction sector across Europe. Our client is backed by tier-one investors and supports over 30,000 businesses with AI-enhanced workflow solutions. They're expanding their sales team in Hamburg and looking for a driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.

This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg, offering clear career progression from Junior to Senior Sales Manager with transparent compensation structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound leads with identified needs through the complete sales cycle
• Conduct product demonstrations and perform thorough needs analysis to develop tailored solutions
• Guide prospective customers through structured sales conversations from initial contact to contract signature
• Own deal closure independently, managing the entire process end-to-end
• Track and optimize your KPIs using CRM systems effectively
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Leverage AI tools to make your sales workflow smarter, more scalable, and more impactful

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally working with warm leads or closing deals
• Proven ability to conduct needs analysis and lead structured sales conversations
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
• Genuine interest in using AI to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Willingness to work hybrid with regular office presence in Hamburg

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Background in SaaS sales environments
• Experience serving customers in the trades, construction, or skilled labor sectors

Pay

This role offers on-target earnings (OTE) between €60,000 and €87,500, structured as a fixed salary of €45,000 to €62,500 plus variable commission of €15,000 to €25,000, depending on experience level.
