Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering organization seeking a working student to serve as a vital link between sales, product management, and marketing teams. In this role, you will help structure data, prepare content, and streamline processes that directly impact the quality of internal workflows, training programs, and events.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Structuring data collection efforts, ensuring data quality, and creating initial analyses and reports
• Supporting the planning and execution of events, including organization, logistics, and follow-up activities
• Creating, maintaining, and updating training and planning materials such as presentations, checklists, and guidelines
• Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align content, data, and requirements
• Contributing to making sales and product processes more transparent, structured, and efficient

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an enrolled student in sales and product management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. You bring:

• Excellent time management skills with a quick grasp of new concepts and strong ability to transfer knowledge across contexts
• A self-sufficient, reliable work style with high motivation to drive initiatives forward
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are advantageous
• Experience or strong interest in the intersection of sales operations, product development, and data management

This position is based in Remscheid with flexible working conditions, including remote work options.
