Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail organization seeking a People & Culture Supervisor to join their store team in Kiel. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for the store team on all HR-related matters.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR topics and provide guidance
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, identify needs, and recognize opportunities for improvement
• Ensure positive employee experience and engagement
• Process personnel administration tasks including contract management and documentation
• Review and maintain time management system data
• Manage employee master data and ensure accuracy
• Support payroll preparation and follow-up activities
• Recruit new team members and facilitate a well-prepared onboarding experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in human resources or completion of a specialized HR apprenticeship or degree program
• Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to supporting store management and sales teams
• Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in German

Pay
