Ihre Aufgaben
- Serviceorientierte Betreuung von Kunden zu auftragsbezogenen Fragestellungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Erfassung von Aufträgen sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung und Fakturierung
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Kostenvoranschlägen
- Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenrückmeldungen und -anliegen
- Koordination bestätigter Aufträge mit Überwachung von Terminen und Bearbeitungsstatus
- Unterstützung des Teams bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Customer Service, Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenanfragen sowie in der lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung von Anliegen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP ist wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
