Manager, ADR – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Manager, ADR - EMEA. This is a fully remote position supporting high-growth pipeline generation across European markets. Our client is experiencing rapid expansion and needs a proven leader to build and scale a high-performing account development team.

In this role, you will own pipeline generation for an EMEA-based team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Success. Your primary focus will be coaching and developing talent, building a culture of accountability, and driving measurable results through data-led insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing Account Development team across EMEA
• Partner with Sales Leadership on strategy, forecasting, and sales activities
• Analyze pipeline management and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement actionable recommendations that drive pipeline growth
• Onboard and coach team members for success and promotion into future GTM roles
• Champion continuous feedback and build a team environment that celebrates innovation
• Leverage CRM data for pipeline management and strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience leading global account development teams in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline analysis
• Exceptional people management skills with demonstrated commitment to employee development
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets
• Ability to drive performance in remote, distributed team environments
