Collectors Clubhouse Ambassador

Join Dick's Sporting Goods as a Collectors Clubhouse Ambassador at our Latham, NY location. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build community, connect with passionate collectors, and grow engagement across our Collectors Clubhouse program.

Position Summary

As a Collectors Clubhouse Ambassador, you'll be the driving force behind our collectors' community at the Latham store. You'll create an welcoming space where collectors feel valued, help members discover products and programs tailored to their interests, and foster the connections that make our Collectors Clubhouse thrive. This role puts you at the center of everything we do to support the collecting community.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Collectors Clubhouse members and new collectors, learning their interests and introducing relevant products, programs, and events
• Build lasting relationships within the collector community and actively grow membership across the Latham area
• Coordinate or support community events, gatherings, and celebrations that bring collectors together
• Provide expert guidance on sports collectibles, trading cards, memorabilia, and related products
• Maintain and refresh in-store displays featuring our Collectors Clubhouse offerings
• Gather feedback from collectors and share insights with the store team to shape inventory and program decisions
• Support store operations during peak shopping seasons, events, and promotional periods

Requirements

• Genuine passion for sports, collecting, or community building
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Availability for full-time retail hours, including weekends and seasonal busy periods
• Natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
• Dependable attendance and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
