Position Summary

In this customer-facing Endzone & Loyalty (Front End) role, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests shopping in our Endzone department at our Florence, AL location. Your focus will be on creating positive shopping experiences, building loyalty program membership, and ensuring customers find exactly what they need. This is a full-time position that rewards enthusiasm, strong customer service, and attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance across the Endzone and related departments
• Enroll customers in our loyalty program and explain its exclusive benefits and rewards
• Develop product expertise to confidently recommend items that match customer needs and preferences
• Complete sales transactions, handle payments, and process returns or exchanges accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep shelves stocked, and ensure the department remains clean and inviting
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support peak shopping periods and special events
• Address customer concerns and feedback with patience and professionalism
