Role Overview

As an Off Field Operations Specialist, you'll manage the essential logistics and warehouse operations that support our retail store. Working in our back-of-house environment, you'll ensure inventory flows seamlessly from receiving through to the sales floor, maintaining the organizational systems that allow our store team to serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments with attention to accuracy and detail
• Manage inventory storage and organization systems within the warehouse area
• Prepare products for display by checking quality, removing packaging, and staging items for the sales floor
• Coordinate stock movements and transfers to maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
• Collaborate with store team members to support fulfillment of customer orders and returns
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse and storage areas
• Support team efficiency by identifying operational improvements and process enhancements
