The Opportunity

As Team Captain, you'll oversee operations in the Endzone and Loyalty departments while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll mentor your team, maintain visual standards, and ensure our customers receive expert product knowledge and service. Your leadership directly impacts team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth in these key areas of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Endzone and Loyalty departments, including inventory management and merchandising
  • Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Loyalty program benefits
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
  • Drive Loyalty program sign-ups and engagement to build our customer base
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures
  • Collaborate with store management to meet operational goals and support store success

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail
  • Proven track record of delivering strong customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for sports and fitness preferred
