About the Role

This full-time position offers you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced café setting where you'll help deliver excellent food service to customers throughout the Rochester area. As a Team Member, you'll develop valuable experience in hospitality, food preparation, and customer engagement while working alongside dedicated colleagues in a professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso-based drinks and coffee specialties, with attention to quality and consistency
• Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items according to company standards
• Take customer orders and process transactions accurately and courteously
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Stock and organize supplies, inventory, and equipment throughout your shift
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences
• Support store opening and closing procedures as assigned
