You'll be the go-to manager on duty, responsible for staff coordination, quality control, and maintaining the standards that make Coffeeandbagelbrands a trusted destination.

Core Duties

• Supervise and direct team members throughout your shift, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Train new and existing staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols
• Manage cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and financial transactions with accuracy
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to maintain brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly
• Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report on daily operations and communicate feedback to management

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a food service or retail environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
