The Opportunity

As a Specialist On Field Operations, you'll play a central role in keeping Store1074 running smoothly from open to close. This role bridges store management and frontline execution, ensuring that operational standards are met consistently while supporting both team members and customers. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency, organization, and compliance that define a high-performing retail environment in the sports goods industry.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation throughout the sales floor
• Coordinate with team members on task execution and ensure adherence to operational procedures
• Manage loss prevention and security protocols to protect company assets
• Support customer service initiatives and address operational barriers to excellent customer experiences
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation and facility checks
• Contribute to team training on operational best practices and store systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or field operations roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
