Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate the features and benefits of Columbiasportswearcompany's sportswear and gear
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain store displays, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, welcoming, and properly stocked
• Handle inventory responsibilities, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store operations

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
• Reliable and punctual attendance; flexibility to work assigned retail hours including weekends and holidays
