As a Team Member at Coffeeandbagelbrands in Charlotte, you'll support the daily operations of our café, working with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and prepare food items to our standards. Whether you're behind the counter, in the kitchen, or handling other team responsibilities, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through our doors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter or register
• Prepare and serve bagels, coffee drinks, and other menu items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards throughout the café
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with team members to manage customer flow during busy periods
• Stock inventory, organize supplies, and assist with restocking throughout your shift
• Follow all health and safety protocols and company procedures
