Co-Founder & CEO – HealthTech – AI Clinical Documentation Compliance

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to establish and scale Concordance, an AI-driven clinical documentation compliance platform, based in Canada. This full-time co-founder role offers meaningful founder equity—not a traditional salaried position.

Position Summary

Concordance uses artificial intelligence to audit 100% of patient charts in real time, identifying payer-specific documentation gaps before claims submission and preventing costly denials and clawbacks. The healthcare industry currently relies on manual quality assurance processes that consume over 25% of operational labour budgets while reviewing only 10% of charts—leaving organizations vulnerable to compliance findings that can cost $150,000 to $850,000 or more per incident. Concordance transforms this workflow by automating compliance oversight, reducing manual QA labour requirements by 80–85% while protecting revenue. The total addressable market spans 20,000+ healthcare organizations—behavioural health providers, multispecialty groups, and health systems—representing $4.0B–$6.0B in market opportunity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy, define the ideal customer profile, and establish product positioning and pricing models
• Lead customer discovery and pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, close initial paid engagements, and build market traction
• Partner with FutureSight's engineering and design teams to deliver V1, gather customer feedback, and prioritize product iteration
• Drive the seed funding process, craft investor narratives, and leverage FutureSight's capital network to secure financing
• Recruit founding team members, establish company culture, and build the operational foundation of the venture

Who We're Looking For

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company or equivalent startup leadership role
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market, with proven ability in sales and customer engagement
• Fundraising experience and fluency in developing investor narratives and closing capital
• Proven track record attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent
• Deep operational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or denial management—you understand the technical differences between clinical coding issues and administrative challenges, and you're familiar with the fragmented EHR and billing systems real healthcare organizations operate
• Clear-eyed perspective on the demands and risks inherent in co-founding a venture-backed company
