About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking a talented Latin American Voice Actor for a fully remote contract engagement. This specialized role focuses on voice recording for conversational AI applications, offering flexible hours and competitive compensation through Get A Job.ai's platform.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts including conversational, narrative, and instructional content
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across all recording sessions
• Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment setup, microphone configuration, and file formatting requirements
• Perform multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as directed
• Commit to 5–10 hours per week over the project duration

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Brazil or Latin America with ability to deliver neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural, authentic delivery
• Reliable availability for consistent weekly commitment
• Understanding that voice recordings may be used for AI agent development within the specific client use case

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm tones
