Clinical Product Consultant – CDI

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Clinical Product Consultant - CDI. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Our talent team is seeking an experienced CDI professional to join a clinical team focused on implementing and delivering clinical documentation improvement products for healthcare providers. You'll work directly with client end users and managers to drive adoption of best practice workflows while collaborating with customer success teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge of CDI product suite and workflows to new client users
• Provide client support to drive adoption of CDI technology platforms
• Utilize best practice processes for successful client adoption and implementation
• Actively manage the client experience to deliver on implementation milestones and manage support requests
• Monitor client key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with customer success teams to create a seamless, integrated client experience
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for educational content and delivery of training programs
• Collaborate with product teams to define and design clinical elements that drive the product suite
• Provide insights from client interactions to inform research initiatives and product roadmaps

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN) required
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a CDI role with demonstrated progressive growth in CDI leadership
• Experience with multiple clinical documentation programs, medical record coding, healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
• Demonstrated presentation skills with various stakeholders ranging from internal partners to C-suite
• Experience presenting CDI content and information
• 5+ years of clinical experience in acute care environments, critical care or ED preferred
• Self-starter who is extremely motivated to demonstrate success
• Innovator looking for unique solutions that solve complex problems
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with absolute focus on quality of work
• Team player mindset with desire to solve for client and business interests
• Ability to travel 25-50% to client sites
• Master's degree in healthcare related field preferred
• Experience as a CDI Consultant with emphasis on CDI program assessment and implementation strongly preferred
