Network Intern (f/m/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Network Intern to join their Berlin office for a 6-month engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in vendor relationship management and partner operations within a fast-growing investment technology environment.

The Network team focuses on establishing partner and operational risk management practices while strategically expanding the organization's ecosystem. As an intern, you'll support vendor documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing network initiatives. This position provides excellent exposure to the complete lifecycle of vendor relationships in a regulated financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn vendor relationship management from due diligence and account openings through to ongoing management and strategic discussions
• Support the network team throughout vendor lifecycle activities including selection, onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and commercial negotiations
• Provide support for ongoing network initiatives and projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and banking teams to resolve vendor requests
• Update and maintain vendor documentation for new functionality and account setups
• Address and resolve internal inquiries regarding vendor management
• Problem-solve efficiently with a calm and creative approach

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology and investment sectors
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience working with different stakeholder groups
• Self-serve problem-solving ability and willingness to collaborate closely with vendors, subject matter experts, and internal teams
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, familiarity with AI tools
• Bonus: Experience in the financial industry or regulated environments
• Bonus: German language skills
