Analyst, Clinical Informatics (EPIC Ambulatory Experience Required) – REMOTE

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an Analyst, Clinical Informatics with EPIC Ambulatory experience. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

We're looking for a clinical informatics professional who will provide critical analyst support for clinical information systems, with a focus on workflow design, EMR application support, and process improvement initiatives that enhance member care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource for clinical applications, including development and support of clinical, practice management, and operational workflows
• Provide strategic approach for workflow analysis, device integration, planning, and implementation related to clinical systems
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, testing, training, and maintenance of electronic medical record (EMR) applications
• Assist in issue resolution and execute formal change management processes to support business needs
• Ensure workflows and enhancements align with process improvement and change management initiatives
• Contribute to strategies that support quality and cost-effective member care

What We're Looking For

• Required: EPIC Ambulatory experience
• Minimum 3 years of system implementation experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Knowledge of systems design methods and techniques
• Strong knowledge base in healthcare informatics
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and collaboratively across teams
• Excellent analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Multi-tasking, planning, and workload prioritization capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
