About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential automotive technology client based in Munich. This organization develops advanced electronic systems for electric mobility applications and is seeking a Working Student to join their electronics development team.

This hands-on role offers students pursuing degrees in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or similar fields the opportunity to gain practical experience in electronics development, testing, and validation within an innovative technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of electronic components from initial concept through production release phases
  • Design and execute measurement and test setups for electronic and electromechanical components
  • Operate and monitor laboratory equipment including climate chambers, power supplies, and force measurement devices
  • Support engineering validation and production testing activities in coordination with the electronics team
  • Write or modify automation test sequences as needed
  • Conduct measurements and tests for concept and design validation purposes
  • Document and evaluate test results systematically
  • Assist with building prototypes and test samples

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or related engineering discipline
  • Hands-on mentality with willingness to build and execute laboratory tests and experiments
  • Ability to take ownership of project responsibilities
  • Creative approach and enthusiasm for innovative electric vehicle and energy storage solutions
  • Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills in English (German is advantageous)
  • Preferred: Initial programming experience, ideally in C/C++ and Excel VBA
  • Preferred: Familiarity with lithium-ion battery systems or battery management systems
