About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential restaurant technology company that is transforming how hospitality businesses operate across London. As a Field Account Executive, you will use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new restaurant clients in your territory. By understanding their unique operational needs, you will develop customised solutions that help their businesses thrive.
This is a field sales role with approximately 80% of your time spent meeting clients in person and 20% working from home.
Responsibilities
- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to close (experience with self-sourcing clients is highly valued)
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop solutions that best meet each prospect's specific needs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are delivered upon
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine optimal market positioning
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field and industry
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible working style
- General technical proficiency with software platforms
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
