This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring at least two days per week in the office.

This position offers the opportunity to own end-to-end events strategy for a growing region, partnering directly with sales and marketing leadership to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. • Drive measurable pipeline generation and acceleration outcomes from every event, designing for genuine buying-committee engagement
  • Build and maintain the regional events calendar across virtual events, roundtables, summits, conferences, trade shows, and owned events
  • Lead end-to-end event execution, managing vendors, technology, budget, cross-functional partners, and on-site activation
  • Design customer and prospect experiences that deepen relationships beyond lead generation
  • Manage the EMEA events budget and vendor ecosystem, negotiating contracts and ensuring strong ROI
  • Independently pull and analyze CRM and event data to demonstrate impact and guide investment decisions
  • Identify opportunities for AI adoption in field marketing, including attendee personalization, marketing automation, and event ROI analytics

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of events or field marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally SaaS
  • Proven experience designing and leading EMEA-wide field marketing and events strategy in partnership with sales and marketing leadership
  • Deep experience with large enterprise buyers, ideally within HR and talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated strategies for engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives through tailored event experiences
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes from events, with ability to independently interpret CRM reporting
  • Extensive experience organizing both digital and in-person events including trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables, and summits
  • Proven ownership of significant enterprise events budgets and vendor ecosystems, including contract negotiation
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong prioritization judgment
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive alignment across sales and marketing leadership
  • Willingness to travel for events across the EMEA region

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience marketing to HR, talent, or people leaders specifically
  • Experience executing high-frequency bespoke events for executive audiences
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and event technology platforms
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or HR technology environments
