Full Stack Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, profitable technology company in the financial services sector. Our client has built sophisticated AI-powered research software used by elite private equity firms, consultancies, and financial institutions globally. They've achieved exceptional revenue growth while remaining bootstrapped, and are now scaling their 20-person engineering team to 40 this year.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end and ship on a weekly cadence. You'll work directly with demanding clients, build cutting-edge products, and help shape the engineering culture of a rapidly scaling team. This is an opportunity to join early enough to influence direction while working on production systems serving world-class organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship complete features across frontend, backend and data layers on a weekly release cycle
• Create innovative user interfaces and interaction patterns for AI-powered workflows
• Build low-latency systems and tools involving large language models and voice interfaces
• Transform unstructured data into structured formats and create knowledge graph architectures
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and shape product decisions
• Contribute to technical architecture and system design discussions
• Help establish engineering standards and practices as the team doubles in size

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience with demonstrated technical competence
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL—able to build polished React interfaces and solve complex TypeScript problems without AI assistance
• Solid foundations in data structures, system design and database architecture
• End-to-end project ownership experience, including technical and product decision-making
• High agency and product mindset—comfortable shipping without detailed specifications
• Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for client-facing work
• Based in London or committed to relocating; in-person collaboration in Farringdon required
• Bias toward speed and iteration; motivated by rapid delivery cycles
• Bonus: experience designing and building AI-powered products

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £90,000–£110,000 base salary. The client also offers equity.
