About This Opportunity
We are representing a growing global organisation seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their technology team in London. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced service desk professional to expand their technical skills across a diverse enterprise environment while supporting users across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd line IT support to UK-based and international users through a ticketing system
- Administer business platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud workspace solutions
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding technology processes
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices including laptops and desktops
- Provide both remote and in-person technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain office networks, wireless infrastructure, and storage systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Support meeting room technology and company-wide events
- Collaborate on global IT improvement initiatives and technology rollouts
- Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of IT security and cybersecurity best practices
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with eagerness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune (desirable)
- Familiarity with cloud workspace platforms (desirable)
- Knowledge of Linux and macOS environments (desirable)
- Experience with mobile device management for Android and iOS (desirable)
- Understanding of wired and wireless networking (desirable)
