Sales Operations Coordinator

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential automotive technology client in Brighton. They are scaling a new enterprise division focused on vehicle remarketing and need a Sales Operations Coordinator to join at a formative stage. This is a chance to shape processes and customer experience in a high-growth environment where every interaction directly impacts operational success.

You will be the primary operational contact for lease customers and dealer partners, managing the end-to-end vehicle sales process from initial appraisal through final collection. This generalist role combines customer service, process coordination, and operational accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and WhatsApp throughout the vehicle return and inspection process
• Conduct customer calls to verify identity, review vehicle inspections, confirm eligibility, and set clear expectations for next steps
• Gather and validate vehicle details including mileage, service history, condition, and inspection photos to prepare vehicles for sale
• Explain inspection outcomes, indicative charges, and collection processes in a clear, concise, and professional manner
• Coordinate vehicle collections by capturing preferred dates, confirming logistics, and ensuring accurate recording of transport details
• Process vehicles end-to-end from onboarding and enquiry creation through sale readiness, post-sale support, and invoice generation
• Generate and share damage reports, support customer questions, and assist with post-sale updates
• Maintain operational accuracy across systems, trackers, and dashboards to meet quality, compliance, and SLA standards
• Collaborate closely with Transport, Sales Specialist, and Strategic Account teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer experience while following defined processes
